Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga Sessions
Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga is specially adapted to meet the needs of those who are pregnant or in the post natal period. It addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of pregnancy and the 4th trimester, using postures and breath work to cope with the challenges of being pregnant, prepare for the birth, recover from the birth and return to full strength.
Groups session have the bonus of building a community as you move through pregnancy and in to Parenthood

Healing with Homoeopathy
I use Homoepathy as part of an holistic approach to healing. Homeopath is a safe and effecting treatment for many common ailments, such as coughs, colds, skin conditions and other acute problems. It can also help with mental and emotional symptoms.

Holistic Massage
Holistic massage is tailored to the individual needs of the client. It works on a physical level by improving circulation, lymphatic drainage and stimulating the rest and recoup side of the nervous system. This happens via the nerves and sensory receptors in the skin. It encourages delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the body’s cells whilst at the same time prompting the lymphatic system to eliminating toxins more effectively. Massage releases muscular tension and boosts the immune function by increasing the activity of the white blood cells. It can reduce cortisol and decrease stress, which along with the release of muscular tension, has been shown to significantly reduce pain and discomfort.
It can be both a treat and part of your regular health maintenance, as well as effective for more acute aches and pains

Pregnancy Massage is deeply relaxing treatment based on Holistic massage. The treatment focuses on releasing tension, improving circulation and encouraging drainage, but it can be tailored to address the needs of the individual. As with a non pregnancy massage, it releases muscular tension and boosts the immune function by increasing the activity of the white blood cells. Massage not only reduces cortisol and decreases stress, it has also been shown to significantly reduce pain and discomfort. Pregnancy massage is an essential tool to support pregnancy.
