"Being my first pregnancy, I didn't really know what to expect. I suffered from terrible back aches and was recommended, by a family member, to try pregnancy yoga. I never looked back.  went every week right up until my due date. It honestly helped me through my pregnancy and birth. Katie would adapt each movement to our needs and ensure we were comfortable throughout the class. The pregnancy massage is also the best! The special table meant I was able to lie comfortably, face down and enjoy the massage "

“Katie teaches yoga with her whole heart & her classes are warm & welcoming as a result.

She has gently guided me through a reintroduction to yoga from a post natal class (where she quite literally juggled babies to allow us tired Mum's to have a moment to ourselves), to a weekly reset in her Easeful Yoga Class, where I leave my stresses behind on the mat. 

Katie is incredibly experienced and shares the knowledge generously. Her holistic approach to yoga means she is mindful of how we are feeling each week, as well as any physical issues or injuries. Adaptations are provided as the norm, creating a safe & inclusive space to anyone wanted to ease back into yoga or wanting to start but worried that they are not a 'yogi'. Her classes are restorative, uplifting and the much needed tonic to a tired Mum of 3 "
